- List the decisions, tasks, tools, and deliverables you personally handled.
- Record dates, scale, and results only when a reliable source supports them.
- Keep confidential details out while preserving enough context for human review.

A project description does not prove ownership, leadership, skill level, ATS compatibility, or hiring likelihood. Never invent collaborators, clients, dates, metrics, tools, credentials, or business outcomes.
