Gap review
Turn resume evidence gaps into truthful follow-up questions
A missing match can mean the experience is absent, omitted, too vague, or described with different terminology. Verify which case applies before changing the resume.

Gap questions
Ask for proof before rewriting
- Did you perform the stated task in a real role, project, volunteer setting, or other verifiable context?
- What action did you personally take, and what source could confirm it?
- Is a result documented, or would a metric be an unsupported estimate?
- Does the posting require a credential, authorization, or tool experience you do not have?
Decision
Leave unsupported requirements missing
Reword only evidence that already exists. If support cannot be verified, keep the gap visible and decide whether to apply without that qualification.
No automatic suitability score
Keyword overlap does not prove competence or job fit. This checklist does not produce an ATS score, rank applicants, predict an interview, or promise employment.
